Victoria trained at The Roshe School of Dance and The University of Surrey graduating with a Bachelor of Arts First Class Honours in Dance and Culture specialising in Classical Ballet under the instruction of Jennifer Jackson (Royal Ballet), Contemporary Dance and Choreography. Upon graduation, Victoria enjoyed a successful career as a professional Contemporary Dancer with Odyssey Dance Theatre, Singapore where she performed and choreographed throughout Asia performing repertoire including Instinct, Innocent Light and Begin, Stop, Start, End.
Victoria’s passion for performing and teaching inspired her to open a professional dance school encompassing traditional dance school values with a Modern and Contemporary approach making classes accessible for children and young people of today.
She is a devoted member of the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing and was awarded her Associate with a Distinction in 2004. She trained for her dance teaching qualifications at Deborah Lamb Theatre Arts and holds the ISTD Diploma in Dance Education across the three theatre faculties of Imperial Classical Ballet, Tap and Modern Theatre and is currently preparing for her ISTD Licentiate. She has also been awarded a part scholarship by the ISTD to continue her studies at The annual ISTD Summer School.
Victoria’s students have performed at major dance platforms including Sadlers Wells and Royal Festival Hall, London and in a variety of professional West End musicals including Billy Elliot, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and Oliver as well as taking class at The Royal Ballet School. Victoria’s students have also performed with the Southern and English Youth Ballet companies, in professional Pantomime at The Hawth and Capitol Theatre’s Crawley and Horsham. Students of Victoria’s have also enjoyed success at both local and regional level dance festivals and have also participated in Master Classes at The ISTD and have also demonstrated at ISTD examiner training sessions.

DDE ISTD Imperial Classical Ballet, Modern Theatre, Jazz & Tap
Following her A-levels she spent a year at Performers College in Essex on the Foundation Course and was awarded places on 4 musical theatre courses. Sophie has lots of performing experience in professional pantomimes, cruise ship, London performances and amateur productions. She has also been trained in singing and acting and has a particular flair for choreography. Sophie holds the ISTD DDE teaching qualifications in Modern Theatre, Tap and Imperial Classical Ballet
DDE Imperial Classical Ballet, Modern Theatre & Tap, Level 6 Diploma in Professional Dance
Since dancing from the age of three in ballet, tap and modern, Cara went on to complete her dance training at LABAN dance college. Here she studied contemporary dance and graduated with a BA(Hons) in Dance Theatre. Following her degree, Cara progressed on to gain her ISTD dance teaching qualifications and gained her Diploma in Dance Education in all three genres: tap, modern and ballet.
In the past Cara has been a member of the English Youth Ballet, Brighton and Hove Youth Dance Company and Strictly Ballroom and Latin. She has performed at venues both at home such as the Peacock Theatre in London and the Victoria Theatre in Stoke, and also abroad whilst on tour during her time at LABAN at Performers House, Denmark. Cara has a passion for teaching and loves to inspire students of all ages to reach their full potential in their own dance training. Cara currently teaches dance to students across Sussex.
DDI Ballet, Modern Theatre, Jazz & Tap
Laura trained at the Deborah Lamb Theatre Arts where she completed her ISTD Modern and Tap exams to Advanced 2 Level and RAD Ballet to Intermediate. During her time there she has performed in over 6 pantomimes for Jordan Productions and is performing once again at the Devonshire Park Theatre in Eastbourne. She has completed her DDI for Modern and Tap and is currently completing her Ballet. Laura thoroughly enjoys teaching and sharing her passion for dance with her students.
BSc Sport and Exercise Science, DDI Modern Theatre, Jazz & Tap
Tabitha has enjoyed dancing from a young age; attaining ISTD Advanced 2 in Classical Greek and Tap; Advance 1 in Modern; and Intermediate in Cecchetti Ballet. Most proudly Tabitha is an associate member of Tap Attack, training with the company once a month, learning new skills, tricks, rhythms and further expanding her knowledge. She also has musical and drama training, having achieved ABRSM awards in violin, singing and music theory alongside LAMDA exams in acting and verse.
Tabitha has performed on stage many times in festivals and productions, including her roles in amateur musical theatre and the Southern Youth Ballet (and still enjoys performing!). She has choreographed for both competitions and performances, which is what inspired her to teach and share her knowledge with children. She has attained DDI Modern and Tap with the Deborah Lamb Theatre School. Tabitha was recently awarded a First Class Honour B.S.c in Sports and Exercise Science at Brighton University and is now studying for her Masters. She thoroughly enjoys teaching and choreographing for all ages.
Louise trained at London College of Dance, Bedford, achieving the Diploma in Dance Studies and Teacher Training. She studied all forms of dance including Imperial Ballet, Cecchetti Ballet, Modern Theatre, Tap, Jazz and Contemporary under the expert coaching of teachers such as Victoria Chappell, Hilary Clark, Katie Morea and Tereza Theodoulou.
Since graduating in 1991 Louise has been teaching, tutoring and choreographing overseas in Cyprus, Singapore and for 14 years, Australia, working with students of all ages. Whilst in Australia she was ISTD organiser for Victoria and Vice-Chair of the Victorian panel for the RAD.
Louise is a Licentiate of the Modern Theatre and Tap Dance Faculties of the ISTD, an Associate in Imperial Ballet and has her RAD Teaching Diploma. She is also Course Director of Dance2advance – an ISTD Approved Dance Centre for the training of dance teachers, where she tutors all units of the ISTD DDI & DDE teaching qualifications. Louise has also recently been selected for the ISTD Members’ Group who work with the Education & Training department to provide advice and feedback from the membership.
Alongside this, Louise freelances in the Sussex area, and thoroughly enjoys working with the well trained responsive students at VBDance.
