IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- There will be a strict signing in and out process for ALL rehearsals and performances. Please make sure you are able to provide the name and contact details of the person who will be collecting your child if it is different from the person who brought them to the theatre. You will need to be able to provide these details when signing in. This is a strict procedure enforced by West Sussex County Council for children performing in a professional theatre and we thank you for your cooperation with this.
- Please leave mobile phones at home.
- Due to the nature of rehearsals, it is possible there will be slight delays to sign in/out times. We aim to release performers at the times stated, but your patience is very much appreciated when signing out if we have gone over this a little. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
- Only Chaperones and DBS checked staff and volunteers will be permitted backstage and in the dressing rooms.
VBDance will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to valuables.
Hopefully you will have the information you need to help you plan for the final rehearsals and performances.
However, if you have any questions that are not covered, please do email admin@vbdance.com and we will be happy to help.
