Our Lower School Showcase is always such a special one.
Created especially for our youngest dancers, it gives them the chance to experience performing in a really relaxed and supportive way before they eventually move on to our main school production.
From waiting excitedly backstage to stepping out to perform their dances, it is such a lovely first taste of being part of a show.
One parent sent us this lovely message afterwards:
“It was absolutely gorgeous. I honestly don’t know how you get such little children to go out there, remember what they’re doing and actually perform in front of everyone! They all looked so proud of themselves and it was just lovely to watch. Such a brilliant first experience of being in a show.”
Our little chicks waiting to go in and perform might just be one of our favourite photos from the day. A very sweet milestone for our youngest VBDancers, and a lovely stepping stone towards our bigger productions in the future.
