I understand & agree that my child must attend all classes during the Summer term April-July 2022 unless due to extenuating circumstances which the teachers have been notified of in advance via email.

I understand & agree that my child must attend the Sunday 10th July (daytime/early evening) and Monday 11th July 2022 (after school) performances at The Hawth Theatre Crawley (exact performance times tbc).
