Victoria BremnerVictoria trained at The Roshe School of Dance and The University of Surrey graduating with a Bachelor of Arts First Class Honours in Dance and Culture specialising in Classical Ballet under the instruction of Jennifer Jackson (Royal Ballet) Contemporary Dance and Choreography. Upon graduation, Victoria enjoyed a successful career as a professional Contemporary Dancer with Odyssey Dance Theatre, Singapore where she performed and choreographed throughout Asia performing repetoire including Instinct, Innocent Light and Begin, Stop, Start, End.

Victoria’s passion for performing and teaching inspired her to open a professional dance school in West Sussex with a Modern and Contemporary style which is accessible for children and young people of today.

She is a devoted member of the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing and was awarded her Associate with a Distinction in 2004. She holds the ISTD Diploma in Dance Education (Imperial Ballet, Tap and Modern Theatre) and is  currently preparing for her ISTD Licenciate. She has also recently been awarded a part scholarship by the ISTD to continue her studies at The annual ISTD Summer School. She is a CDET Approved Teacher with the Council for Dance Education and Training and has been awarded the Council’s certificate of good professional practice.

Victoria’s students have performed at major dance platforms including Sadlers Wells and Royal Festival Hall, London and in a variety of musicals including Billy Elliot, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and Oliver as well as taking class at The Royal Ballet School. Students also participate in Master Classes at The ISTD and have also demonstrated at ISTD examiner training sessions.

She has led classes, workshops and devised programs for many dance and arts related organisiations including:

  • Odyssey Dance Theatre, Singapore
  • NRG2 in partnership with Laban and Hampshire Dance, Hampshire
  • Step into Dance with The Royal Academy of Dance, London
  • Highfield & Brookham Independent Schools, Hampshire
  • The Dialog Project, West Sussex

Hundreds of students have benefited from Victoria’s instruction and experience and as such the school enjoy a remarkable examination success rate with a high proportion of students achieving at Distinction level from Primary Grade right through to Vocational Level.

Sophie Huntley DDI – ISTD Modern Theatre, Tap & Street Teacher

Sophie Huntley

Sophie Huntley has 10 years dance experience. She has passed all her ISTD and RAD exams with Distinction in Ballet, Tap, Modern and Jazz and has also studied Contemporary Dance.

Following her A-levels she spent a year at Performers College in Essex on the Foundation Course and was awarded places on 4 musical theatre courses. Sophie has lots of performing experience in professional pantomimes,  cruise ship, London performances and amateur productions. She has also been trained in singing and acting and has a particular flair for choreography.

Sophie holds the DDI in Modern Theatre and Tap and is continuing her studies to DDE level.


Ellen Travers DDI – Assistant Ballet Teacher

Victoria BremnerEllen is currently enrolled on the BA(Hons) degree in Ballet Education at The Royal Academy of Dance, London; alongside the Licentiate of the RAD teaching program, which she is due to complete and graduate in Summer 2013.

Ellen completed the National Diploma in Performing Arts: Dance at Chichester College, West Sussex where she also gained teaching qualifications (DDI) in Imperial Ballet, Tap and Modern Theatre dance.

She has a background of performing experience in musical theatre and contemporary dance and recently performed in the London 2012 Olympic closing ceremony. Ellen has taught both in the UK and America working in summer schools, after school dance clubs and pre-school ballet classes.


Becca Feesey  BA Hons,  DDI – ISTD Modern & Jazz Teacher

Becca Feesey started dance training from an early age, and trained in Ballet, Tap, Modern and Jazz, gaining distinction in all of her final RAD and ISTD examinations before accepting a place to study  Dance and Professional Practice at Coventry University. Whilst at University she focused mainly on Contemporary dance and gained work experience in many different places in the community, from Birmingham Children’s Hospital to working with a group of young mothers. Becca has also had lots of performing experience, in the West End, Germany and Disneyland Paris. She now loves to teach and choreograph challenging, fun routines for her students.
